I use capital whiterun expansion, jk's bannered mare, arcadia's cauldron, kynareth temple and jorvaskr (I feel like the rest adds too much clutter), redbag's dragonsreach (which is a fantastic alternative to JK with way less clutter) and Lux via which adds some nice stuff outside Whiterun.
