Do arrows always hit the center or a specific point of the crosshair/sight or is its accuracy affected by the bow's draw length? I have found this hard to judge as there is a pretty realistic weapon sway present in Far Cry 3. Weapon sway being the figure 8 your sights will created caused by the artificial breathing your character does.

Early game, the bow works fine, but even in far cry 3 I noticed that by late game the bow was only useful for it's explosive arrows (which you can just carry a grenade launcher for). Auto-cross is semi-automatic, quick, far easier to aim, and in my personal opinion
Handling - 5. Recurve Bow appears not only have INCREASED range, but a faster RoF, meaning it's arrows either have less drop, travel faster, a combination of the two, OR the range is only indicative of damage. If none then the stats are complete bs. StockpileThomas (Topic Creator) 5 years ago #10.

Right, the STG. Aqua or modern, red-dot sight equipped. It's not super strong, but it's something no one else has and it fires the best to me. Bottom, Recurve Bow, painted white like bone. I loved this in Far Cry 3, and all the more here. The special arrows are garbage, comparatively, since you equip them by radial instead of while aiming.
